Robert “Bob” Kulinski, long-time United Way of Summit County and Northeast Ohio chief, now retired, endorses Phillip Kane’s acclaimed new book,The Not So Subtle Art of Caring: Letters on Leadership, joining other influential leaders who have provided advance praise for the author’s debut offering.
